Going from a specialist, to being a Swiss Army Knife . Even though I was still maintaining backend servers and systems, it went from a single company to dozens. Along with that, I am now having to deal with all levels of support and 3rd party vendors that range from medical, to legal, to accounting, and beyond. Definitely a change of pace and mental state of being able to handle everything all at once.
In addition to supporting the current client's system, I'm tasked with reviewing and integrating new systems to keep with their individualistic needs. This has allowed me to broaden my skills to include budgeting, project management, and personnel management.
